Alisha did a career change and excitedly joined the Hayden Ross team in 2024. She has previously worked in the public educational world for the past 18 years. Alisha values connecting with people and helping them succeed. During her free time, she loves spending time with her husband Erik and their two funny doodle pups. Alisha also likes traveling, family time, cooking, art, music and when the weather is warm, being outside walking the pups or boating on the lake with her family.
